iOS VLC Casting issue(s): Did not show any Names or List of to Devices to choose from, went around via SoundCloud

iOS VLC Casting issue(s):
- Did not show any Names or List of to Devices to choose from (SoundCloud and Spotify tend to show the Devices to choose from - Be it SmartTV, Fire TV stick on Monitor or Speaker)
- Had to open SoundCloud choose to CastOut which showed my Device(s) and chose my JBL Link 20 Speaker (w Chromecast, Bluetooth & Google Asst).
- Then I went back to VLC & the audio from phone eventually shifted to Speaker & Soundcloud audio was gone (Dont remember exact transition, but either they mixed together or one cut the other off)

Thoughts on this? What am I missing or is this how it is right now / Is it on agenda for fixing/ improving or can be / should be reported as a Bug?
Or Am I doing something wrong?
