VLC streaming audio suggestions

Thanks for the VLC app. It is the go to place for so many AV needs. I I have a few minor usability suggestions particularly for network streaming (internet radio):

It would be nice to move the "private playback" and "scan for subtitles" switches to a section of the settings page. While not a problem on an ipad, these switches, the title section,open address dialog and controls take 2/3 of the screen on a phone, reducing the viewable space available for saved streams which is handy for quickly switching stations. Also, for some reason when in portrait mode, the network section has a different and much larger header and font than video, audio, etc. It would save screen space and make the app feel more unified to have it the same as the other sections - interestingly, this is not the case in landscape mode.

An option to select a default startup function. In my example, I would like the app to default to 'open network stream' on startup since that is my most used feature.

Adding the ability to easily customize the order of the stream list by dragging each item on the list to the desired location.
