Unable to upload files from FTP

Hi,
VLC[v3.2.0(334) on iPhone 6(iOS v12.4.1)] unable to upload media files from FTP. To reproduce:
1) Upload on FTP two media files(or .VLC-playlists).
2) Open FTP folder with this files in VLC and press cone icon to upload media file-№1. This action will not be performed. I'm noticed that if press cone icon to upload media file-№2 right after that, media file-№1 will be successfully downloaded. Please fix.
