Hard to say if it's related, could you elaborate on the issue you're having? (no video, no audio, noise with audio, ...?)

thanks bubu, no audio when playing in VLC iOS app - other apps audio working fine.

The ticket above is for very specifically crafted media popular in China. It does not cover any connectivity issues with specific audio output devices. We might need to buy those headphones to test and reproduce.

Before we do, with which media did you test? which audio codecs?

Alright. Can you be a bit more precise about the exact issue you are facing? Is audio playback inaudible or distorted?

I have the same issue. On the iPhone max xs. Ios12. No audio at all can be heard with the Jabra elite 65t

FYI, the earbuds arrived yesterday and I could easily reproduce the problem. The fix is not so easy, but I’m on it.

This issue should be improved in version 3.1.4 with refinements to come in 3.1.5. Please make sure to use iOS 12.1 or later.

Please give a shout on this thread as soon as you updated the latest iOS and VLC versions and give feedback if the problem is gone or not. Thanks!

So I've had these earbuds for a few weeks now and I'm loving them. However, there is one small issue that's still somewhat irritating me: the balance.

I can tell there's definitely a soundstage effect, with certain sounds coming from different sides, however this means the main vocals almost always seem to be coming from just slightly to the left. The only other headphones I have to compare against are Sennheiser CX 500 earbuds and a Steelseries Sibera 840 headset, and while they mix channels into flat stereo the sound is kept in the middle.

This isn't a major issue, and usually I start to ignore it after a while, but it is noticeable enough that it bothers me a bit every time I start a song. Am I just being paranoid or has anyone else experienced this?

Have just purchased my Jabra Elite Active 65t. No sound while playing video with VLC player with ipad pro. II have VLC version 3.1.4. Please help.
