Not seeing the latest VLC version 3.0.3 (but 3.0.2)

On my Apple TV 4K I have VLC version 3.0.2 installed. From the VLC home page (https://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-appletv.html ) it seems that the latest version is v3.0.3... But in AppStore on my Apple TV I am only seeing v3.0.2 (from 27/3-2018), so somehow it seems that v3.0.3 is not available.

Can anyone confirm that v3.0.3 is actually available for Apple TV 4K ?
And maybe also explain why it does not seem to be available for me. Could it have something to do with regions, so that it is not currently available in all "regions" (I am located in Denmark) ?
