Apple TV feature request

I downloaded VLC for my new Apple TV today. It easily finds all of my movies and tv shows on my Mac and displays them in a manner quite similar to my own file system/file organisation - which is alphabetical folders. I like VLC for Apple TV.

I don't need the icons of videos and folders to be as large. Having them display mini posters as file icons is of zero importance. I could do without them entirely. My "S" folder on my video collection currently has 160 items. This is a combination of files - "Snow White" and folders - "Star Trek." Needless to say, the folders often have sub-folders. There is a whole lotta scrolling.

I would like the option to display these files and folders differently. Smaller icons so there a more in each row? Then vertical scrolling would jump 6, 8, 10 files at a time. Or just a text listing?
