Local Network cant connect ?

Hello all,

When i click on local network a series of subfolder appearing representing my pc1 and my pc2 , when i click on my pc2 i have access to all subfolder for it, and i can read they films. But when i click pc1 it keep downloading and he doesnt connect.


Is there some parameters somewhere that i can set.
