Video Order keeps changing. Please help.

Hi I'm using the VLC player app on iPhone to run a show interacting with video animations.

I've created 2 folders. 1 has 80 short vids in and the other 39.

Due to the file sharing nature of dragging the vids into iTunes first I then have to manually move each of the 80 vids into the correct order.

However whenever I go back or close the app when I return a couple of vids have moved around.

I've been correcting and battling with this for hours to make then stay in the right order and every time I think I've cracked it the order changes once again.

If this just a bug that can't be fixed can anyone recommend another app that will play seamless video transitions.
