improve of support of subtitles

hello, can you help me, where can I write request for improve support of subtitles in windows-1250 format - specially chars ě, č, ř are not showed....

Does it help to select a different text encoding in the Settings?

??? I have subs in Windows-1250. Sure I can every subs convert into UTF-8, but I would be happier if vlc in ios can manage Windows-1250 subs format with that characters I mentioned in previous post. But it does not unfortunatelly. So can developers improve support of Windows-1250 subs for Czech language characters?
