cannot rewind/fast forward on apple tv

Hi all,

i've got two apple tv's and on one of them fast forward/rewind of video
doesn't work. I play back video from NAS Netgear. it started around 2 weeks ago.
The both gadgets are on the same apple account. Could you fix this issue?
and how can i help you with that?
