Rotation Lock Crashes App

App Version: 3.0
Device: iPhone X iOS 11.2.2

Issue: Ever since the latest update, the screen orientation lock crashes the application every time I try to use it. It started happening a few hours ago so it was working this morning. Not sure if this is a wide known bug or this is just a problem I am facing. I am tempted to re-install the application but I afraid that all the videos I have stored on the application and the progress (where I stopped on each video) will get removed. If anyone can confirm if this is happening to other users I would greatly appreciate it.
