Hello everyone,

Currently I'm using iphone 7+ with IOS 11.0.3

Sometimes, I suffer from the problem of showing Vietnamese SRT subtitles. I can still playing the video however the subtitle is not showed. Obviously, those subtitles work well on avplayer. This problem happen with some subtitles, not all.

Videos and subtitles are the same name, and I copy them via file sharing by itunes.

Please give me a recommendation to fix this problem.

I'm having the same problems but with VLC on AppleTV. Subtitles are not playing but VLC on other iOS and the laptop work fine.
