vlc and Box

When I log into BOX the wheel in the middle of the screen keeps spinning and it is very slow moving to second level folders. Any advice?

I have the same issue when connecting to my Box account in IOS. When I connect to OneDrive it works as expected. But connecting to Box never seems to complete.
