How to automatically repeat only one file?

Postby parisology » 25 Feb 2017 21:11

2.7.8: I want to play one audio file either once or on repeat. Instead VLC goes on to play the next file in the current folder. I need to find a way to control this. I don't want it to go to the next file. There appears to be a repeat button on the main interface but it doesn't seem to do anything.

Exactly. I have the same exact issue. Sad thing is you posted this several months ago and no replies. Is VLC for iOS dead? It's almost a year old in the App Store and clearly no one is supporting it here.

You can create an ios .xspf video/music NAS playlist file in a folder without subfolders and it will just play that video in the playlist. There is a YT video "apple tv 4 nas hack" that shows how to create VLC IOS playlists.
