Videos stops play after 1 second

Hello,
I have a problem with playing TV series on my iPhone 7 with latest iOS 10.2.1 and latest VLC. Tried reinstall VLC, tried hard reset, tried format iPhone to factory settings (without backup restoring).
For example:
Some mkv files play perfect but some files can't play (mkv too)
Non-working file (The Flash): MediaInfo output
Working file (Arrow) MediaInfo output
