VLC iPad iOS 10 - Download abort, Cache from VLC full, no File in "All Files"

Hello
I have as described iPad and VLC.
Downloads break without error messages or terminate at about 90%.
But also at 0% without notice.
If a download stops, restarts this, it does not work anymore.
Break immediately.
The result of the whole, in the memory of VLC lie in the cache every amount of corpses.
Some downloads are done by FileHorst.de.
