Hello.
I have an old iPhone 4S (iOS v9.3.5) with its VLC app v2.7.8 (278.1) that can't play a WBEM video file that I downloaded (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fS07CX7z6qQ) to my computers and synced iPhone with its Windows' iTunes (dragged and dropped into its VLC section). When I try to watch it in iPhone's VLC, its video buffers and then just freezes with its audio playing normally. Other video formats seem fine. I had no problems with this video file in VLC v2.2.4 in an old updated 64-bit W7 HPE SP1 computer though. Is this a problem with the video, iPhone, or the app?
