I have iPhone 6s and iPad 9.0.2 and VLC 2.7.8 and my wife's iPhone 6 with same VLC
Same video file is played in iPhone 6 WITHOUT problem and I cannot play with sound in iPhone 6 and iPad Codec not soported(A52 Audio (aka AC3))
Why?

Any solution?

No. VLC uses the codec included in iOS and that was added in 9.2, sorry.
