Listing of audio in VLAN iPad version

I needed to list audio pieces in VLAN to make sure they're all in the correct order.

I had them in iCloud as -

1.
2.
3.
4.
etc etc

But then when I imported them into iPad VLAN, they came out as the following -

1.
10.
11.
12.
13.
14.
15.
16.
17.
18.
19.
2.
20.
21.
22.
etc etc

Can you please tell me how to list audio pieces in their correct order so that I can play them one after the other when needed? Cheers

Ouch, interesting. Do your audio files include metadata defining the track number or does VLC need to rely on the naming of the files?

I had a somewhat similar issue myself, but I just simply imported them one by one in the correct order. I know this sounds tedious, but it's the only help I can offer

Could try adding zeros in front, such that the numbers are all the same length? What I suspect is happening here is that a alphabetical sort order is done (typical of most sort algorithms), rather than a 'natural sort order'.

For your numbers:

001
002
012
134

Just make sure it is padded according to the largest value.
