Can't delete files

Hi, when I click edit for the VLC app on my iphone I am not able to select a file in order to delete it. The file will select and immediately de-select and therefore no deleting
Has this happened to anyone?

I'm having the same issue. Tried restarting the app and my iPhone 6 but still having the issue.
