Streaming through SMB

Hi all,

I try to connect the iphone VLC app through SMB to my pc but it ask for a port number and I don't know what to put, usually players with SMB automatically detect the shared folders...

I tried with several port options but it always shows a blank connection...

[To clarify the app does recognize the PC but not the port or the shared folders!]

I've looked on my Local Network tab before and saw my computer and tried it but it asked for Ip also and My guess is you need a specific companion app or something

That or maybe just go on your pc and do ipconfig then copy your local Ip (ex. 192.168.0.12)

Try that. I'm not at home but I'll try when I get back
