Use VLCKit for TvOS (Swift)

Postby Waxyen » 03 Feb 2016 15:01

I have been trying to add the VLCKit library to my TvOS project. I just don't get it to work.

I have tried to install the 'MobileVLCKit' pod via Cacoapods, but that library does not seem to support TvOS. Is there a way to install a VLCKit library to my TvOS project via Cacoapods that does support TvOS? If not, how do I use VLCKit in my project? The language I am currently coding in is Swift.

Background info: I am trying to play all sorts of media on the TvOS application from a local data server.

TVVLCKit currently doesn't support Cocoapods. You need to build the framework and its dependencies manually from the git.
