Where's my free space ? Wifi transfers not completed but take up space

That pretty well says it all. I love using VLC and have for years. Stopped using iPhone but got one again and now VLC has taken up Gigabytes on wifi transfers that didn't complete. Where's the files to erase them ? Did erase VLC but that didn't work. I'd like my free space back without having to reset or reinstall the iOS.

Erasing VLC will also remove its entire application context, so whatever we stored in-between will be gone, too. Generally speaking, incomplete WiFi uploads will be removed every time the feature is turned-on or the app restarts (as in killed via task manager or by the OS and actually relaunches by showing the "VLC" launch screen).
Sorry, no idea how to help here :/

I'm stuck with almost 2gb of space called "other". VLC or the iOS certainly has not erased these files leaving me with barely any space. This is no other app on my iPhone and certainlythe culprit is VLC. I'd like to know where the incomplete files are that were uploaded via wifi are. To think I will have to reset or reinstall iOS because of this certainly is a pain and not something I'd expect from VLC. Leaves me wondering and knowing that I won't be using VLC.

Sorry to hear. This sounds like an iOS bug then and nothing we could possibly influence. "Others" often used to be partially deleted pictures or content from Apple Music for me, but iTunes (or developer tools) doesn't really provide a way to inspect that data segment. I had up to a quarter of my storage taken up by "Others" on devices without VLC installed - it only got better once Apple released an update specifically addressing that issue (some time during the iOS 8 days).
