How does one set Audio Delay in VLC for Apple TV

Subject line pretty much says it... is this feature available? If not, it's a real bummer when using a projector or any other setup that introduces delay and needs to be fixed.
Thanks

This should be done by the app automatically, but yes, we will add the slider known from the iOS release in subsequent versions.

How do you mean automatically? Is there a sense mechanism for the delay? My setup is that I have the video streamed to the Apple TV 4 and then the ATV4 passes the audio to my Mac (running AirServer) so that I can use its speakers. Between all the wireless and the video processing on the projector, I don't see how the delay compensation could be done without my input.
Thank you
Dimitri Katsaros

Any update on a timeline to adjust the audio delay for the Apple TV app?
Dealing with an out of sync audio delay is a continuous problem for me!

We will add it, but I can't give a precise indication as of yet.

Will this also be added to the iPad (iOS) version? I know it seems unnecessary, but I have been having a real problem with bluetooth headphones being completely out of sync and was hoping it might help . . .

any news from the Admins / team? VLC tvOS app is awesome but the delay when airplaying audio to a second appleTV is a showstopper for me (I still need the optical out on the 3rd gen device).
Am I alone?

Hello,
Any updates on this issue? My set up is similar to m. Katsaros, and a slider to adjust for the delay would be a boon.

Hello,
We recently added the Audio Delay and Subtitles Delay options to the tvOS application, and these options will be featured in the 3.5.0 version that we are currently preparing.
There will be no slider (because this object is not available on tvOS) but instead you will have an increase and decrease button in order to adjust these values.
Thanks for the feedback!
