I see only the name of my UPNP, but doesn't see anything shared via upnp.
In previous release all was fine.
iOS 9.2

What is your UPnP server?

same Problem on 2.7.1 with HDHOMERUN - 4Tuners, Europe

pressing the upnp-link leads to the following error:
unable to open mrl: http://192.168.178.23:5004/auto/v2?dlna

opening the link as a networkstream works (http://192.168.178.23:5004/auto/v2)

before 2.7 it work perfect.

Hmm, probably an escaping issue due to the ? character. Will look into it - thanks a lot for the report!

problem still persists on 2.7.2
pressing the upnp-link leads to the following error:
unable to open mrl: http://192.168.178.23:5004/auto/v2?dlna

opening the link as a networkstream works (http://192.168.178.23:5004/auto/v2)

before 2.7 it work perfect.

Yes, regrettably, this issue report arrived after the 2.7.2 deadline. Thanks a lot for re-checking and stay tuned for 2.7.3, which is not too far down the road.

Re: UPNP (HDHomeRun) doesn't work on 2.7.8 release

Hi Felix, I am running v2.7.8 on iOS 10 (iPhone) and trying to connect to an HD HomeRun Prime. I can see the HDHomeRun listed in the Local Network, and it lists all the channels, but after selecting a channel, I also get the "VLC is unable to open the MRL 'http://192.168.88.40:5004/auto/v3?dlna' message.

As skogarfoss mentioned below, I can open 'http://192.168.88.40:5004/auto/v3' via Network Stream and it works. So perhaps the fix you mentioned about escaping the ? didn't work, or didn't get into a release yet.
