Open network stream: "done" not functional when unable to open stream

Hi:

I seem to have two issues:

1. When using "Open Network Stream", if a type results in an "Unable to open stream" message, the "Done" selection on the player screen does not work & the app must be forced closed via the app switcher.

2. I cannot find a way to delete items from the history on the "Open Network Stream" screen, which is a problem if some of them are typos.

2) swipe to the left on the items you want to delete to reveal a delete button.
