Files and folders 2.6.4

Hello,
I can't move files from a folder to another one in 2.6.4
I can choose files in "edit", but I don't see any folder icon on bottom. There is only a kind of "back" arrow but if you click on this arrow, it doesn't give any access to other folders, but it deletes the folder in which the files were recorded. You still see the files, but out of any folder. You then have to create a new folder, go agin in edit mode, tap in front of the files AND the folder and tap on the folder icon on bottom...
That allows to move files in a new folder, but not to move file(s) from a folder to another one.
Have I missed something ? Is there another way to handle files and folders ?
