Accessing files on iPad
Accessing files on iPad
What I can't seem to do, is access files already on my iPad. Connecting to a computer IS NOT an option, and the file won't load to cloud drives.

You can use WiFi Sharing to not just upload media to your iPad but also for downloads

As I said, the file IS ON MY IPAD. I need to access it WHILE IT IS ON MY IPAD, FROM MY IPAD.
