Hi there guys,
I just updated to the newest VLC on iOS via the store, on a non-jailbreak iOS device (iPhone 6+), and I seem to have run into a little problem: folders and files.
When I delete files, there appears some sort of "ghost" file or folder which I cannot delete. It's listed in my iOS VLC interface, but not in the iTunes VLC files list. It's very strange. There was no way for me to delete them other than delete the entire app and redownload it again. Only to find that it does it again whenever I delete more files or folders. These appear to be some sort of empty files which take up no room and don't play, of course, but they're just hanging around there.
Not sure what to do or if anyone else is experiencing this. Just figured I'd let you know and see if anyone has a solution? It's not a terrible thing, but it is going to get messy after a while. :)
First time poster, and I've been using VLC on iOS since a very long time (happily, I might add!). So thanks for the great work, looking forward to some sort of fix, and thanks for any info regarding this problem. Please let me know if there's more info that you need and, if it's some sort of dump file which you need, how to get to it so that I can post it. :)
