My app uses VLCKit and I'm unable to play video in the iPhone 6 Plus simulator. it works fine in all the others. I'm figuring it's just a simulator problem, but I don't have a device to check on. Has anyone been able to play video with VLC on a 6 plus?

It seems that the App is unavailable in every region according to the other thread, so I do not think anyone has been able to try it.

An official word on the matter would be appreciated

While I don't have access to a physical iPhone 6 (be it plus or not), MobileVLCKit is fully resolution independent so it doesn't matter if you deploy it on a 1x, 2x or 3x device. It just works.

Regarding the VLC for iOS code base, it was recently updated to support the newly introduced devices, including the new launch screens, etc.
