How to transfer VLC from one device to another

I was able to get back VLC on my iPad by following this video. The app fully works on iOS 8 and I couldnt be anymore happier!

The transfer application tool: http://www.itools.cn/itoolsyingwenbanxiazai (scanned on Virustotal and came out negative for viruses)
