Install iOs8 with restore: will I loose al the movies?

Hi,
this evening I would ike to install iOs8.
In order to have a cleaner installation I will connect my ipad to itunes and force to restore the iPad. in this way the iPad will download the new system and instal it. My question is: after i will have restored the backup, will there be still my movies in VLC app or will they be lost?
