VLC was working fine, auto discovered uPnP drive (usb drive on Asus router) fine and I was able to playback all media, then all of the sudden the drive disappeared from VLC. Drive is still on network and shows available and can be accessed with oPlayer on the ipad, via PCs and with my Sonos system but no longer appears in VLC. Tried rebooting router, rebooting iPad, and re-installing VLC but no luck. Any ideas?

Really, no help, suggestions, troubleshooting tips, nothing? I see a few other posts here: I'm not the only one experiencing this.

For a time the router appeared and the drive was accessible. Then it went away. Then it came back. Now it's gone again. All the while the drive is accessible from every other computer on my network...
