Resize fail when multiple videos playing simultaneously

If I have several videos playing on a screen simultaneously, do some resize operations (like portait -> landscape, make a video fullscreen, etc) to the videos, only the one of the video (the last one to play) works fine, others will not resize to fit the new view size.

How to fix this?
I heard someone said:
"This is a configuration problem with your custom app and not a MobileVLCKit issue"

but how to configure?
