Saving last location in file

Hello, I use VLC on an iPad mini. Before the latest update, the app would automatically save my last position in a video when I exited the file, but after the update it stopped doing this. Now the file replays from the beginning each time. Is there any way I can change this back? Maybe there is a setting that I'm missing? Any help would be appreciate, thanks!

I'm tracking this regression at the moment and hope to provide a fix in the next update.
