Can't open network files and folders with cyrillic symbols in its name.
Returns "Error connecting to server. Check server address and authentication info"

This trouble only with cyrillic symbols. All files and folders with latin symbols in its name opens fine.

Do you know which ftp server this is and on what kind of machine it runs? Is it some server on Linux or Windows?

This is my home server, running at OS X 10.9.1 and OS X Server 3.0.2.
No problems with permissions or owners for current directory.
If needed, I can give access to this server.
