High bitrate hevc 4k video

Hi,
I test the video bellow video on AppleTV 4k and iPad Air on vlc but it block after 2-3 seconds.
On computer I test it within vlc on Mac mini M2. The play is continues but some micro freeze.
Hope that we have a fix on next release.
If you have an advice on setting please share.
