How to Retrieve Deleted Videos

I have deleted video files on the VLC application within the past two months. The original video file was also deleted from my phone. Is there any way to get back the video that was saved to vlc. I am using iphone 13pro. Thanks in advance.

Unless you created a backup and enabled the option in VLC to include videos in your backup, there is no way to recover, sorry.
