Interface was better on android

I've recently moved from an android phone to an iphone and I'm using the latest version 3.3.12. The main problem I'm encountering is that I see many features which were present on the android app are missing, some examples:

No button to play ALL songs
No button to play songs from album or artist (have to hold down the artist or album then select to play)
Songs aren't grouped in albums when looking at a specific artist (makes it harder to play specific albums from artists)
The player interface also feels janky

Am I missing something or are these features just missing?

Hello,

You are right, in the 3.3.12 version, these features are not available.

We are currently working on the 3.4.0 release and you can expect to see a lot of new changes.

For example: the album view and the artist view have been refactored.
A play all button has been added to the collections in order to play all the medias, among many other changes.

We hope to be able to release this version in the following weeks.

I would add one more “missing feature” or a difference between Android and iOS version, which is extremely useful at Android:
If you have a collection of songs with different artist and you set the Album Artist in tags, the iOS will display all artist with single song. The expected behaviour would be all songs are sorted out and merged under the Artist Album name item.

I have huge mess on iOS without such aggregation, which is by default applied on Android version.

Hello,

A feature allowing to hide these artists has been implemented and is scheduled to be a part of the 3.4.0 release that is currently being tested.

You will be able to find it in the artist view along with the sorting criterias, and when enabled, this option will only display the "main" album (if I can say so) regrouping all the artists and the songs.
