Missing videos on VLC

I think I last saw my videos 3-6 months ago and they were all there .I have videos on VLC on my 2 iPad pros for many years and they have vanished from both my iPads.wondering what happened and how to get them back.

I am posting this again .I had about 70 videos on this app on 2 different devices and they just vanished suddenly .can anyone please help on how to get these videos back.

I keep posting the same thing but no responses or help ,there is no way to contact VLC either ,I would pay to have these videos reinstalled ,how do I find the videos which are all the missing videos on VLC .I do not even have them on my computer any more and they were on VLC for years and suddenly they are gone
