Can not log into WD my cloud appleTV

I am trying to log into my mycloud Western Digital NAS. The drive shows up but when I enter the username and password, the sane one I use on the mycloud site to access the drive, I get another login asking for username password, port and workgroup.

No matter what I try I can’t get access. What am I doing wrong.

I assume you're on Windows 10. Windows networking is asking for your Windows networking credentials. Go to the Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Credential Manager and delete or change the credentials listed under the local IP address of your NAS. Google more about this if you need more info.
