TVOS App config from MDM?

hello folks,

A quick search of the documentation didn't show me anything so I was wondering if anyone smarter than me might know. We are deploying some apple TV's and want to use VLC to display some IP streams on monitors. Is there a way I can pre-configure the VLC apps with the paths of the IP streams via an App Config (see https://www.appconfig.org/ for context obout App config)?
