SMB problem symbolic/hard links to directories

Hi,

i use links to symbolic links and junctions to directories in windows made with mklink command.
Since the latest update the links don't work anymore. VLC shows the links (to a directory) now as a file with a down array in the list view. But it should show the item as a directory since it is linked to a directory. When selecting the item it tries to play it as a file but instead it should show the content of the directory to which it is linked.

This has always worked in VLC but now not anymore since latest update of 13 april (version 3.3.4).
