Subtitles Apple TV 4K not working

I can't search subtitles on vlc/opensub with apple tv4k, using Plex in local network/WD external HD myhome. The search don't stop and doesn't find nothing.This also happens if I transfer the video file to the internal drive of Apple TV.

Does VLC correctly recognize the name of the file? Is it showing correctly in the controller floater? or is some odd number?

Everything is normal, I can see the mkv file with the correct name. I only notice that the icons show a little smaller but maybe is just my impression. The rest is normal.

OK, it's a server-side problem with OpenSubtitles.org. I'm currently contacting them to see if there is anything to mitigate the issue.

I have also had problems with subtitles for a few days with the Apple TV plus and the windows and the android version. Server problems? Will this be resolved ?

Ik heb al enkele weken het probleem dat ik geen nederlandse ondertiteling kan downloaden zowel in windows 10 en op de Ipad pro. Voorheen nooit problemen gehad. Heb al verschillende keren opnieuw VLC geinstalleerd zonder resultaat. Wat nu ?

@rider: please try to get a new IP to connect to the internet, for instance by rebooting your router. Your IP might be blocked by the subtitles provider leading to this failure.
