Can anyone provide instructions for downgrading VLC for iPhone? I need to downgrade to a version prior to 3.2.6 which broke Media Library and playlists.

I have vlc on the phone. I have just regular mp3s on the phone. The default music player can find and play them. VLC can not. And this problem has gone on for 99years.
What is the ETA on this?
