ftp special characters not playing.

Running an IIS ftp server to stream my Music to my VLC iOS device, works great IF it does not contain any characters like Å, Ä, Ö and Cyrillic characters. It will list them where the special characters are replaced with a "?". I have tried to change the encoding in the settings and getting the same result. An yes, I have restarted the App. The ftp server have UTF8 activated and works fine with all other ftp clients out there.

I can confirm that bug.
Although it changed, that "?" are shown as random strange characters, if character set is set to UTF-8 in settings.

Has there been any attempt to fix it, or is it worth entering in trac?
