v3.2.0 Audio streaming Song change titles

Hi,

With the previous VLC version, I could stream audio stations (Shoutcast, etc) and each time a new song would come on, VLC would recognize the song change and update the UI with the new song title and album name. With 3.2, this no longer happens.

I'm also have this issues with Meta-data delivery, from now player only shows information about Title written in playlist file. Please fix.
