upload .flac files and folder/cover image

Hi,
I'm using VLC for IOS and uploading directories with .flac and image files to my iphone.
What I'm really missing is, that I don't see my cover.jpg or folder.jpg
I've have a huge amount of highres music files, which has cover.jpg and/or folder.jpd in each of the albums directory.
Some of my .flac files have images attached on the end of the flac file and I can see the image on iphone. But I don't want to modify all of my .flac files (more than 100.000) just to see a nice cover picture on my ios device.
