Network Stream Custom Names on Apple TV

We use VLC for Apple TV to play a video stream in our church. Is there a way to name the button link with something else besides the IP address? The average person using does not understand the IP address and it would look nicer if I could give it a name to what the video stream is.

You can rename the network on iOS if both devices run the same Apple ID (just long touch the URL in the list). The new name will also be displayed on Apple TV. Regrettably, there is currently no way to rename the stream directly on Apple TV.
