Keyboard shortcuts with iOS

Hi,

I'm using a new iPad Pro and a bluetooth keyboard and trying to set up a workflow with which I can transcribe lectures by switching between OneNote and VLC. On macOS I can easily command-tab between the applications and start stop with the space bar and jog 10 seconds forward or backward with the arrow keys. Are there any shortcuts for VLC on iOS using a keyboard? The pause/play button works but there is no button I've found to jog backward 10 seconds which is what I really need.

It would be amazing to be able to map custom shortcuts but imagine that's not in the cards for an iOS app.
